*NBA star Shaquille O’Neal rants against Detroit Piston Ben Wallace, rapper Skillz and his former LA Laker teammate Kobe Bryant in his new rap song, “You Not the Fightin’ Type,” a callabo with DJ Vlad on the CD “Hot in Here Part Five.”
The new Miami Heat center, who believes Kobe was behind his trade to Miami, says in the song:
"Even with wings you never as fly as me … You remind me of Kobe Bryant trying to be as high as me ... but you can't ... even if you get me traded ... wherever I'm at, I'm Puffy; you Mase and you're still hated."
Bryant, meanwhile, says he wasn’t responsible for O'Neal's trade.
"That upsets me. That angers me. That hurts me," he said in a story posted on ESPN.com this week. "They did what they had to do. That had nothing to do with me."
In "You Not The Fightin' Type," Shaq goes on to dis Skillz, whose song "The Champs is Here" celebrated Detroit’s victory over the Lakers in the NBA Championship Finals. He also stings the Pistons’ Wallace, stating:
“I heard your little interview and what Ben Wallace said. I ain't got no response for spider-web head."
