The neo-soul singer, born Shaffer Smith, was booked on charges of reckless driving and driving without a license after he was arrested early Tuesday in the ATL. The 28-year-old was clocked in his Range Rover going more than 100 mph, according to E! Online.
He was released later Tuesday on $1,300 bond, says police spokeswoman Cassie Reece. He's due back in court on March 25 to answer to the charges.
