 Marie F. Louissaint is the President and Founder of the Sports, Film & Entertainment Conference and Committee (SFEC). SFEC, Inc. produces an entertainment conference that is in its ninth year. Experts in the areas of music, film, fashion and sports provide insight and keys to success in the entertainment industry.

Ms. Louissaint’s proudest accomplishment has been the creation and development of youth educational programs implemented for after school and summer programs. The programs include: Fashion 101/Teen Runway Showcase; “Reel” Opportunities (Film); Brush Strokes (Art); Finishing Fundamentals (Etiquette); Self Defense; Music Business & Production and Greeting Card Creations. The programs have been featured in the Miami Herald and Miami Times newspapers and NBC channel 6 television network.
A graduate of Barry University, Marie Louissaint has spent the last fifteen years as an entrepreneur. She is the former owner of Vanity Hair Designs. In addition, Ms. Louissaint is a partner in Global Miami Joint Venture food and beverage franchise and restaurant facilities operating at Miami International Airport.
Onstage experiences have played a fundamental role in Louissaint’s career. Apart from being the first Haitian-American to place in the top ten of the Miss Florida – USA Pageant, Ms. Louissaint has appeared in numerous national and regional commercials, music videos, commercial and industrial films, print campaigns, radio shows and voice-overs. Louissaint’s experience as a former professional actress and model has allowed her an inside track in her role as President of the Sports, Film & Entertainment Committee.
Ms. Louissaint has been recognized and honored by numerous organizations, including the Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce (Small Business of the Year Award), HOT 105 FM (Voice of the Village Award) and Delta Epsilon Sigma National Honor Society Award. She is active in civic and community involvement, including: serving as a Board Member for the City of Miami Bayfront Park Management Trust; Member of the Film, Fashion & Entertainment Task Force for the Greater Miami Conventions & Visitor’s Bureau; International Festival & Events Association & Florida Festival & Events Association Member; Former Marketing & Media Advisory Board Member to Virginia Key Trust and Former Advisory Board Member to Miami Dade County Mayor’s Film & Entertainment Office.
